Once again, Berlin Part-Time MBA students have successfully completed the challenging MBA Strategic Consulting Project. The final presentations took place in early April in Wichita, Kansas – the culmination of several months of dedicated international teamwork.
As part of the project, teams made up of students from both the Berlin Professional School and the Barton School of Business developed innovative market entry strategies for German and American companies seeking to expand into foreign markets. The teams delivered actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis, intercultural expertise, and collaborative exchange.
The project kicked off in January with an in-person meeting in Berlin, where students from both schools formed teams and laid the foundation for the months ahead. They then continued to work together virtually across continents on their strategic concepts.
The project reached its conclusion in early April with final presentations in Wichita. Over the course of one week, students presented their results, received valuable feedback, and took part in a rich programme of activities – including company visits, a meeting with Mayor Lily Wu, and a taste of local culture, including a visit to a Wichita brewery.
Our heartfelt thanks go to our long-standing partners in Wichita for their outstanding organisation and warm hospitality. The partnership between the Berlin Professional School and the Barton School of Business has now been going strong for over 20 years – and we look forward to many more years of successful collaboration!
