Jumping into full-time study in the middle of a professional career might seem unconventional, but it turned out to be an incredibly rewarding experience. It allowed me to fully immerse myself in the learning process, upgrade my professional toolkit, explore new topics in economics and society, and reflect on my future career trajectory. I had the opportunity to work on company projects I wouldn’t have encountered in my previous industry, which trained me to approach problems from a more holistic perspective. Learning alongside my classmates coming from over 10 different countries and diverse professional backgrounds was equally enriching, helping me grow both as a leader and as a person. I’m grateful for this experience, which has provided me with the essential skills for my current role.
