The special feature is the strong connection between theory and practice. Apply what you’ve learned to operational tasks within the scope of various projects and document your experiences as scientific work. These reports, documenting how you transfer practical experience, are a key part of examination. Group work encourages the transfer of knowledge between students with various specialist subjects.
The Master General Management (dual) teaches you skills and knowledge that can be applied across different roles and sectors, and qualifies you for tasks in management and leadership. Theory and practice are strongly interconnected, as is often the case. Traditional management skills, from change and risk management, to accounting, communication and strategy, right through to entrepreneurship and innovation management are applied in practice through practical transfer projects. Renowned guest speakers complement the content with further practical perspectives.
This is how the Master General Management (dual) extends your skills and knowledge in a creative way, enabling you to solve problems based on real issues. This encouragement to think outside the box, or outside predefined structures, leads to a manner of thinking which is generalist, analytical and focussed on problem solving.
