Graduate Talk with Jens Palacios Neffke

After completion of the MBA, Jens joined Baringa, a B Corp certified, global and people´s culture led consulting firm with hubs in Europe, the US and Asia. In their German offices, they work alongside leading companies in the Commodities Trading and Power Generation sectors on projects ranging from business advisory, technology delivery, market analysis, digitalization, and climate risk. During this one-hour session, Jens will reflect on the company and his own role as Operations and Organisational Transformation Manager.
